Course Description

As Americans are becoming more frustrated and disempowered with the insurance based, drug driven medical system, over 127 million US residents utilize alternative and complementary health related services each year. Even with this growing demand, many holistic practitioners lack the scientific understanding to effectively validate bodymind techniques, potentially losing credibility with clients and professional referral sources.

Expert holistic practitioners understand the application of bodymind science to rehabilitation and achieve transformative results with their patients and clients.

Praise for the Fundamentals Course:

“I have attended seminars conducted by Brian and done on-line IRQTC training. I truly think his approach to treating patients most effectively addresses the mental and physical aspects of rehab and has inspired me to learn more about Qigong and Tai Chi and utilize them when treating all of my patients so that I can provide them with the best possible care.” – Don C. Pape, PT

“Brian’s Fundamentals of Rehabilitative Qigong & Tai Chi course was exactly what I was looking for – a western take on how Qigong & Tai Chi work, with anatomy and physiology thrown into the mix. I am a qigong teacher and wanted to expand my abilities to speak to different audiences. Brian put together a great course. He knows his material and has the ability to explain potentially difficult concepts in ways that were easy to grasp. His speaking style and easy manner kept me focused and engaged. It’s great that he is putting together these programs to not only help his clients but to also help other practitioners deepen their practice and understanding.” -Pauline Reid, Qigong / Tai Chi Teacher

“The application of Qigong and Tai Chi into a sound treatment approach and treatment plan. I have found a significant improvement in my R shoulder function with less discomfort since applying the techniques for myself. Brian your course is well organized, thorough and the exercise videos most helpful. It is nice to have all the information on my computer to refer back to. Thank you so much.” – Ted Day, PT

“Brian’s message is life-giving. Incorporating this into your life will be soul soothing.” – Dr. Shallyn MacDonald PT DPT OCS FAAOMPT

“Brian Trzaskos’ skill in sequencing the steps to learning a new skill along with his clear explanations to how the skill (i.e. a qigong form) is beneficial has been most helpful in my own practice and in my Qigong teaching.” -Bob McBrien, PhD  Professor Emeritus Salisbury (Maryland) University.

“Brian Trzaskos is an inspired and inspiring source of answers to so many of the questions I have pondered over the course of my 30 plus year movement therapy career. His knowledge spans an unusually broad range: physiology, neuroscience, Tai Chi/Qigong, pedagogy, coaching.  I have intuitively known there is an important connection among these, but Brian is the first person I have worked with who moves with confidence and clarity among all of them, explaining exactly how they contribute to an increasingly vivid understanding of the human mindbodyspirit.” – Cris Caivano, Movement Therapist, Qigong/Tai Chi Teacher, Author of “Strength Training Over 50”
